Gaye Mack, MA
Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner
While Dr. Bach intended this simple system of healing through his 38 flower remedies to be one of self-help, he also realized that sometimes we are not in an emotional space that supports objective self-assessment or a solid understanding of how and why the remedies work.
A private evaluation introduces one to Dr. Bachs philosophy of illness and healing on the transient, emotional and spiritual levels as they personally relate to the individual and specific flower remedies. The toxic emotions and patterns that keep us from moving forward on our intended life path are explored with specific reference to the remedies that can assist in balancing out these emotions.
At Naturesbridge, an initial evaluation is scheduled for 90 minutes. During this time, an overview of Dr. Bachs philosophy is presented and a brief medical and emotional history are recorded before moving on to discussing present emotional concerns. At the conclusion of the session, in addition to a basic review of the benefits of flower remedy therapy, suggested remedies for the client are thoroughly discussed as well as their application and options for further 60-minute follow-up sessions.
